Treat yourself to a one-day Mandala workshop to embrace balance into your life through an art healing process. Join us in this gentle healing, one-day workshop in which we will paint and create mandalas. We will be using acrylic paint on canvas. By utilizing high quality materials we will create a keepsake to remember our intention or a beautiful gift for a loved one.

Discover a part of yourself and experience the healing process of art. Mandalas have been created for years as a form of meditation and healing. Take a journey with Cassie Love to explore colour therapy, artistic techniques, and discover a new level of you. Each person will learn to focus their energy and set an individual intention. By exploring designs and choosing personalized colours, we will create your very own mandala that expresses your life force energy. Participants can enjoy the mandala not only as a rhythmic meditation, but also as a wonderful means for self-reflection.
No art experience necessary.

In the Workshops, you will:
~ Be guided through a grounding meditation, balancing the chakras
~ Learn about uses of Mandalas around the world
~ Be led through a brainstorming exercise
~ Create a personal Mandala
~ Find out about colours; their healing vibrations
~ Introduction to the chakras
~ Work on an area of your life that needs healing
~ Empower you to use colour and art as a healing tool
~ Relax and gain clarity
~ Access new levels of your inner guidance
~ Feel better and have fun!

This day long workshop will guide you through a grounding meditation, brief explanation of mandalas, mandala brainstorming exercise, explanation of colours and their healing powers empowering you to pick and choose what feelings you want to evoke, painting techniques (different brushes, paint and textures), introduction to art as a therapy, and give you tools and techniques that you can bring with you after to use for the rest of your life. This workshop will empower you to express yourself through the use of colour and art.
